      Eligibility for Returns

      • Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery.

      • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

      • Preorder items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

      Return Process

      • Contact us at lovelikearie@gmail.com with Subject: RETURN to request a return authorization.

      • Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

      • Ship your item back using a trackable USPS shipping method.

      • Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 days (minus any applicable fees).

      Refunds & Processing

      • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

      • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

      • If the item is returned damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued.

      Exchanges

      Damaged or Incorrect Items
